Reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, this manager oversees a distributed team of DAM Librarians and offshore asset coordinators, partnering closely with the Image Quality & QA teams, AI Technologists, and the Creative Operations Analyst to drive automation, workflow optimization, and AI enablement across the creative ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Platform Ownership: Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Own day-to-day operations and governance of the enterprise Sitecore DAM (or Content Hub).
• Oversee metadata architecture, taxonomy, permissions, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure smooth integrations between DAM and upstream/downstream systems (Letsflo, Pixelz, Workfront, Sitecore CMS).
• Lead roadmap development and enhancement prioritization, collaborating with IT and Martech teams.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation to support adoption and governance.
• Manage ingestion workflows, asset tagging, and data hygiene through offshore support teams.

2. Creative Technology Integration
• Partner with the Director of Creative Operations to design and improve workflows connecting the DAM with studio production, post-production, and delivery systems.
• Support automation initiatives such as AI tagging, ingestion triggers, and metadata synchronization.
• Collaborate with the Image Quality & QA Managers to ensure consistent asset routing from Pixelz/Letsflo to DAM.
• Work closely with the Creative Operations Analyst to ensure data and metadata models align across systems for unified reporting.
• Serve as the operational lead for creative technology troubleshooting, configuration, and continuous improvement.

3. Process & Workflow Optimization

• Standardize workflows for asset ingestion, review, approval, and publishing across all brands.
• Develop and enforce best practices for asset naming, tagging, and rights management.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously evolve the platform and user experience.
• Partner with the QA and AI teams to ensure generated or retouched content follows metadata and DAM compliance standards.
